Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Premier account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and use the provided tracking number to monitor your return's journey back to our warehouse.
